Although Ella has worked across a variety of other sectors, you could say window cleaning is in her DNA! She learned the trade from her father and worked in partnership with another window cleaner called Alice, before becoming sole business owner of Alice in Windowland. She met her new co-director, Colette, whilst cleaning her windows. With such a great service and positive approach, Colette approached Ella to franchise her business, and the rest as they say, is history!

Gavin has worked across several industries including hospitality, IT and medical. His positions have been operational, consultancy and managerial including being a co-owner of a franchise territory for ten years working alongside Colette. He has strong skills in IT, social media, marketing and AI.
